  I recently took my car back to dwyers as it had begun shuddering under various circumstances, the day i took it in for a diagnostic, i had to call them on numerous occasions to get an update, by 4pm that afternoon was told to come and get it. Upon collection Lindsay the service manager told me that nothing appeared in the computer reading apart from a code that appeared when the steering wheel isnt parked straight. I insisted that the explanation did not explain the shuddering. He then consults the service team leader who then advises him, that what i had described sounded like the affects of bad fuel. For the life of me i dont know how they came to that assumption having not tested the fuel. I felt as though my car had been left to inspect until the last of the day to look at and i was not given a clear explanation as to the possible cause. In short, several weeks later i ended up taking my car to a REAL MECHANIC who diagnosed ignition problems as the cause within seconds of speaking to him over the phone and had the issue resolved that day. My point is What kind of incompetent idiots do ypu have working in your workshop who cannot even detect issues with ignition coils n spark plugs. Would only recommend that you dont get your car serviced at dwyers mazda as their incompetence is outstanding. We all know that dealerships make their money from servicing and parts, however i am still astounded by the lack of capability in the servicing workshop.... Will never take my car back to them again. Consider using only professionals for your next service or any other diagnostic, work or repair. I only rated one star in order to post otherwise it would have been ZERO.

  Outstanding service. Saw a Mazda 6 online, but no photos as it had just been traded. Whilst on the phone, images were sent to me. I drove from Sydney & bought the car. Easy to negotiate on price, staff were more than willing to come to the party. Nothing was a problem. Easy drive from western Sydney where I live. Have no hesitation in buying another vehicle here. This is my first Mazda, although a 2014 model, wife was so
  impressed with my 6 she wants a new one for herself.
  Don't know why there are negative comments, maybe some people expect too much. Once again, thank you to all the staff at Dwyers that I dealt with, I drove home with a smile on my face.....and I am hard to please !
